Export of Returned Absentee Ballots by Batch Number

To run:  REPORTING > Reports > Vote-By-Mail Reports > Vote-By-Mail Ballot Reports > Export of Returned Absentee Ballots by Batch Number

This report gives you the same information as the report Returned Absentee Ballots by Batch Number, plus two additional fields: Reinstated Flag and Absentee Comments.

When you run the export, you can specify the delimiter of the file (tab, vertical bar, or comma), a file name, and location where the export file is to be placed. By default, the file is a text file.

The file contains the following columns:

Election Number	Ballot Style	Voter Name	Absentee Comments
Return Batch	Ballot Number	Precinct
Voter ID	Reversal Flag	Operator Number
Date Returned	Referral Reason	Reinstated Flag
